1. Performance and usage

ATMP has good chelating, low-limit inhibition and lattice distortion effects. It can prevent scale-forming salts in water from forming scale, especially calcium carbonate scale. This product has stable chemical properties in water, not easily hydrolyzed. It has good corrosion inhibition effect when the concentration in water is high.

ATMP is widely used in circulating cooling water in thermal power plants and refineries, and oil field reinjection water systems. It can reduce corrosion and scaling of metal equipment or pipelines. It also used as metal ion chelating agent in textile printing and dyeing and other industries, and can also be used as metal surface treatment agent.

ATMP solid is a crystalline powder, easily soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, easy to transport and use, especially suitable for areas with severe cold winter.

3. Using Method

ATMP is often compounded with other organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or salts to form organic water treatment agents, then be used in circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. The optimal dosage is 1-20mg/L; when used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20-60mg/L.

 

4. Packaging and storage

Liquid: 30kg or 250kg per plastic barrel;

Solid: 25kg/ plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene bags

Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, away from moisture and sun exposure. The storage period is 1 year.

 

5. Safety protection

This product is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, flush with plenty of water immediately.
